Evening of Community

Bais Yaakov of Waterbury held a beautiful Men’s Event on Thursday evening April 27th entitled “An Evening of Community”. Bais Yaakov is a flourishing high school in its 10th year that provides stellar chinuch to girls from Waterbury and neighboring areas.

The event celebrated their new building as well as the tremendous growth in all areas over the last few years. Over 150 men from Waterbury and Naugatuck came out to show their support for this incredible mossad. The event began with a Leil Shishi buffet followed by introductory remarks by Rabbi Baruch Levine, a board member of Bais Yaakov, as well as Rabbi Ari Fireman, the Dean of Bais Yaakov. The featured speaker was Rabbi Joey Haber who spoke on the topic of “Being a Relevant Parent in 2023”.The evening concluded with a feature video presentation and a dessert bar.
